E-commerce Photographer

Today, that journey increasingly starts on a screen: the first time a customer falls for a sofa, a lamp, or a dining set is often through a photo. We're looking for the person who'll make that first impression count.
Key Responsibilities
Photography & Content Production
Shoot studio and on-site product photography that meets SSF's e-commerce guidelines and quality standards.
Plan and produce lifestyle and concept photography for e-commerce content and marketing needs.
Research, plan, and prepare shooting styles and concepts aligned with the company's direction and aesthetics.
Support basic videography and motion content production where needed.
Post-Production & Asset Management
Edit, retouch, and resize images for e-commerce and other platform requirements.
Maintain, organise, and update the image library so assets stay easy to find and reuse.
Planning & Collaboration
Plan and follow shooting schedules, delivering against weekly and monthly production targets and tight deadlines.
Partner with the E-commerce team on content creation — idea planning, brainstorming, and content layout arrangement.
Support website upkeep, including photo uploads and product info updates.
Studio & Operations
Maintain and manage the photography studio and equipment.
Take on other photography and videography assignments, including ad-hoc requests.
What You'll Bring
Essential
Diploma or Degree in Photography or a related field — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
A portfolio showcasing your product and/or lifestyle work.
Proficiency with photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.
Working knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Keen attention to detail and a high bar for polished, consistent output.
A strong creative eye and a steady flow of fresh ideas.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Advantageous
Basic videography or motion video production skills.
